How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Avast VPN violates your copyright, please provide the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work.

- Your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you believe the content was posted without authorization.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate under penalty of perjury.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).

If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice with your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury.

Response to DMCA Notice
We will review the notice and remove or disable access to the infringing content if necessary. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10-14 days unless we receive a legal order.
